Children and dogs

Having worked previously as a child specialist within a London based research agency, I have over 5yrs of experience of working with children and their families. I am fully CRB checked, am a non smoker and have references from working with children.

Through my work with children of all ages and dogs I discovered a great need to bring the two together. Working across London I see a great deal of children who are scared of dogs or children who are too familiar with dogs, who lack boundaries when approaching and interacting with dogs.

Some say never work with kids or dogs, I believe working with the two is the best way to ensure a future based on understanding and a generation that have more respect for each other. • Preparing your dog for your baby’s arrival
• Settling your dog in when your baby comes home
• Teaching children (3yrs+) on how to interact with dogs safely
• Working with families to teach you how to read your dog around children
• I also do school and nursery talks to introduce children (3+yrs-teens) about how to meet and greet a dog, how to safely interact and how to respect dog’s whilst also helping children with dog phobia’s or fears in a safe and controlled environment.
