Dog grooming
I offer an in-home grooming service across London and Cambridge. I will come to your home and groom your dog in their own environment. I have found that this process is less stressful for your dog because I can groom your pet to suit your needs rather than that of a salon’s. It also means that I can offer a time slot to fit your schedule.
All clients are asked to register and complete a detailed QA before our first appointment. This enables me to learn a bit more about your dog before I meet it and this information will be stored on file and updated each time I see your dog.
All clients are asked to supply clean towels, parking permits, a quiet room for the grooming to take place and a bath with a shower attachment for the bathing to be done. Each room used will be cleaned and restored back to it’s original state on completion of the grooming. (Please note that I only use Method natural cleaning products)
Puppy Love
This is a great introduction offered to young puppies, to provide them with a positive and exciting first experience to the grooming process. Your puppy will be bathed and dried and try out the grooming table to have a full body check, nails clipped, ears cleaned and teeth cleaned. No cutting or clipping will take place in this first instance. Although the equipment will be switched on so that your puppy can start to get used to the sounds of a grooming session. Depending on the breed of puppy prices start at £20.
Paw and Preen
This is for the shorthaired doggies out there, of which there are many! Your dog will receive:
- 2 shampoo washes
- Towel dry
- Hand/brush dried with the blow dryer
- Paw trim
- Nails clipped
- Hygiene area cleaned and trimmed
- Eyes and ears cleaned and washed
- Teeth brushed
- A dab of scented spritz
I have put some examples of breeds that fit into this category: pug, bulldog, English bull terrier, beagle, jug, Hungarian Vizsla, Doberman, Bassett Hound.

Hairy Hound
This is aimed at our more hairy four legged friends, who need a bit more attention paid to their coat.
2 shampoo washes
- Towel dry
- Hand/brush dried with the blow dryer
- Hand scissor and/or clipping and/or hand stripping depending on breed of dog
- Paw trim
- Nails clipped
- Hygiene area cleaned and trimmed
- Eyes and ears trimmed, cleaned and washed
- Teeth brushed
- A dab of scented spritz
(e.g. Chihuahua, Bichon Frise, Westie, Border Terrier, Cockapoo, Miniature Schnauzer, Wheaten Terrier, Labradoodle, Toy Poodle, Golden Retriever etc.)

Please be assured that your darling dog whilst in my care will be treated with love, kindness and patience.
Please note - I allow between approx 2 -2.5 hours per dog depending on the breed/coat type etc. I ask all clients to inform me of any behavioural or medical issues prior to a session and I ask clients to have given their dog a walk before I come to groom the dog, this just means that the dog is usually in a much calmer and contented state to start off with.
I am fully insured and have an enhanced CRB check
All of the grooming products that I use contain natural ingredients including aloe vera, vitamin e and almond oil. None of the products have been tested on animals.
